Perth Pie Co. is a local wholesale and retail bakery operating from our brand new location at 12 Gore Street East in Perth, Ontario, Canada. We make all of our baked goods from real ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible, and made entirely from scratch without the use of artificial flavourings or colourings, or preservatives.
We are fortunate to be celebrating over 12 years in business! The bakery began in 2006 as a wholesale bakery and was founded by Joan, who later sold the wholesale bakery to us in 2013. We purchased the bakery and continued with our wholesale clients until the summer of 2016 when we opened up our first retail shop in downtown heritage Perth.
Our shop carries a variety of baked goods that changes daily, weekly, and seasonally. You can usually find pies, crumbles, tarts, cookies, biscuits, and squares along with a selection of take home, frozen goods such as, raw/frozen fruit and meat pies, pastry shells and crumbles that can be baked fresh in your oven at your convenience.
We also carry hot and cold drinks. Our coffee is supplied by Fluid Solar Roasted Coffee from Clayton, Ontario. Their premium coffee beans are roasted in small 8lb batches and are delivered fresh to our shop on a weekly basis. As a small scale coffee roaster, their focus is on quality and attention to detail. They live and work off-grid generating electricity and heat directly from renewable resources. 100% of the water use is recycled back to nature, and the garbage waste stream motto is simple; “If we can’t reuse or recycle it, we don’t use it”. Our roasts rotate on a seasonal basis.
Our Kombucha is available in bottles or on tap! Artizen Kombucha supplies us with handcrafted, locally brewed organic, artizen kombucha. Only premium, organic teas are used along with real fruit juices and artisan spring water. Preservative free, naturally carbonated and undiluted, this kombucha is a nutrient dense, premium quality beverage that is sure to please and contribute to overall health and well being. Flavours rotate seasonally.
